1. Who we are

Audizy (audizy.co) is an AI-powered audio transcription and summarization service. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at contact@audizy.co.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: your name and email address, obtained via Google OAuth when you sign in.
• Audio files: files you upload for transcription. They are processed in memory and immediately discarded — we do not store your original audio files.
• Transcription data: the transcript, summary, action items and speaker information generated from your audio, stored in your account.
• Usage data: the number of transcriptions performed in the current day or month, used to enforce plan limits.
• Subscription data: your subscription ID, used to verify your Pro plan status.
• Discord data (Bot feature): when you use the Audizy bot on Discord, we collect: your Discord server ID and name, the display names of active speakers in the voice channel, the real-time transcript of spoken content, and members' language preferences. Raw voice audio from Discord channels is processed in memory and discarded immediately after transcription — it is never stored.

3. How we use your data

• To provide the transcription and summarization service.
• To authenticate you via Google and maintain your session.
• To enforce the usage limits of your plan (Free or Pro).
• To allow you to access, export, translate and share your transcriptions.
• We do not sell your data. We do not use your transcriptions to train AI models.

Your transcriptions are stored until you delete them or delete your account. When you delete your account, all associated transcriptions and personal data are permanently removed. Audio files are never stored — they are processed in memory and discarded immediately after transcription.

Discord session data (transcript, summary, key moments) is stored in your dashboard until manually deleted or until you delete your account. Raw audio from Discord voice channels is never stored — it is processed in real time and discarded immediately.

5b. Discord — third-party participants

The Discord bot feature transcribes all speakers in a voice channel in real time, including members who do not hold an Audizy account. The server administrator who starts the session is solely responsible for informing participants of the recording and obtaining their consent in accordance with applicable laws (GDPR, etc.). Audizy cannot be held liable for any failure to obtain participant consent.

6. Your rights

• Access: you can view all your transcription data at any time in your dashboard.
• Export: you can export any transcription as PDF or Word document.
• Deletion: you can delete individual transcriptions or your entire account from the account settings page.
• Portability: contact us at contact@audizy.co to request a full data export.

7. Cookies

Audizy uses only a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics services that share data with third parties.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of Audizy after changes constitutes acceptance.
