Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Audizy (audizy.co), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Audizy is an AI-powered audio transcription and summarization platform. You can upload audio files and receive transcripts, summaries, action items, and speaker detection.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

3. Plans and limits

Usage limits reset at the start of each calendar day (Free) or calendar month (Pro). Unused transcriptions do not carry over.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• The Pro plan is billed at €1.99 per month via Lemon Squeezy.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time through your Lemon Squeezy account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice sent to your registered email.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Audizy to:

• Transcribe audio content that you do not have the right to process.
• Upload audio containing illegal content, hate speech, or material that violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform in a way that degrades service for other users.
• Share transcriptions publicly that contain confidential third-party information without consent.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose under applicable law.

6. Your content

You retain full ownership of the audio files you upload and the transcriptions generated. By using Audizy, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your audio and store your transcription data solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell or share your transcriptions with third parties.

7. Accuracy disclaimer

Transcription and summarization are performed by AI models and may contain errors or omissions. Audizy is a productivity tool, not a verbatim legal or medical transcription service. You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of any generated content before relying on it.

8. Limitation of liability

Audizy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page. All your data will be permanently deleted. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
